WHAT IS CROSSFIT AGELESS?

 

Forging elite fitness

CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The specialty is not specializing. We have built a program that will best prepare you for the not only the unknown, but for the unknowable.  So when you come, come ready to leave stronger and more courageous.

CrossFit is is defined as constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. CrossFit is also the community that works out together. The communal aspect of CrossFit is a key component of why it’s so effective. 

Education

CrossFit can be fun and addictive. To be fit is no small endeavor. As you work to become a fitter and healthier person, you will need to learn about:

  • Movement - How to move safely and effectively.
  • Fitness - What it means to be fit. Its definition, the supporting theories, and how to go about attaining it in real life.
  • Nutrition - Eat meat & vegetables, nuts & seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise, but not body fat.

CrossFit is an education about movement, fitness, nutrition and community. All of these things require responsibility, common sense, and work to educate oneself using all the tools available in the community.

GETTING STARTED

Welcome to the family!  Located in Latrobe, near Greensburg and minutes from Ligonier.  Give us a call (412-965-5608) or email (charlie@crossfitageless.com) us to let us know you want to try a FREE CLASS. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, see where we train, answer your questions, and become familiar with the environment. If you decide that CrossFit AGELESS is for you, then your next step is to enroll in our on ramp/foundation course. This course is required for all new members. It is 12 sessions of technique and mobility to optimize your experience and build a strong foundation for movement. All beginners courses start when you sign up!  

In the course, you will learn how to perform the fundamentals safely and effectively to ensure a seamless transition into the group workouts upon graduation.  We pay attention to great detail in everything we do here!

Everyone and anyone can CrossFit.  We make it possible to scale and modify any exercise to ensure your maximum output no matter what your limitations may be.  It is what you put into it and we will all help you achieve it!
