"POUND FOR POUND" Charity Fitness Competition putting your strength to the test. CrossFit Total consists of 3 lifts: deadlift, back squat, and shoulder press. Pound for pound means taking your total weight for the 3 lifts and dividing it by your bodyweight for that day to find out who is strongest in each division and then overall. Could it be you? Divisions consist of mens 18+, womens 18+, male teens (14-17), female teens (14-17), and overall champion! Wait till you see the trophies!!! Lifting heavy for a great cause!!! All money raised will help support Hope for Kenya Inc as they will be travel this summer to feed the hungry, build houses for the poor, provide water and resources to villagers, etc to sustain a long term impact.
